Senior Sales and Partnerships Professional

HARP is seeking a seasoned sales and partnerships professional to join their team. This role will focus on driving results through influencing clients to buy into relevant campaigns and solutions. Working closely with the partnerships team, the successful candidate will help identify and grow market share, increase retention targets, and develop strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building a pipeline of opportunities and identifying new business leads
- Developing strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Monitoring and reporting average order values, client retention rates, and market share to the sales director
- Traveling to key events across the UK and internationally when required
Requirements:
- Experience working with Salesforce to create reports and measure sales performance
- Good experience in achieving personal sales targets and media campaigns
- Able to be client results-focused with the ability to influence clients to buy outcome-focused solutions
- Demonstrable understanding of online media, data segmentation, and creative event formats
- High level of confidence and ability to hold high-level conversations with senior leaders and stakeholders
- Excellent understanding of value-led, consultative sales practices and processes
- Shared passion for responsible travel and supporting a fully diverse and inclusive sector
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to present to groups
