About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Planner. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in assisting us in the delivery of reactive, planned, and void maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Management: Ensure that our systems are updated within prescribed timescales and utilized to their full capability to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Customer Solutions: Coordinate the delivery of customer solutions and administer customer feedback.
  • Resource Planning: Support resource planning, confirm holiday rotas, and highlight potential additional resource requirements.
  • Customer Service: Promote customer service excellence to deliver a positive and caring customer experience.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain a daily relationship between the Regional Service Centre and on-site teams.
  • Reporting and Data Management: Run reports and maintain all system information and data.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with the National Accommodation Model provider to ensure relationships are maintained and service provision remains consistent.
  • Administrative Tasks: Undertake general administrative duties.
Requirements
  • Scheduling Experience: Scheduling experience within a planned and maintenance environment.
  • Awareness of Safe Working Practices: Awareness of safe working within a facilities management or building environment.
  • Customer Service Skills: Experience of working accurately to timescales and providing customer service excellence.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate/Advanced Excel & Microsoft packages.
  • Deadline Management: Experience of working accurately to deadlines in a pressurized environment.
Desirable Qualifications
  • MOD Experience: It is desirable that you have experience of operating within an MOD environment and have familiarity with geography and establishments within area of responsibility.
  • Security Clearance: You must be able to pass BPSS Clearance to be considered for this role.
