Operations and Facilities Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at HMRC Stratford Regional Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including planning, organizing, and managing the delivery of services within all operational business areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth of our facilities management services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management, coordination, and control of all facilities-related activities.
- Plan, organize, and manage the delivery of services within all operational business areas.
- Ensure compliance with local client site rules and regulations.
- Continuously monitor H&S and FS standards in all service operations and ensure they are maintained at the required level.
Requirements:
- Experience in a management role within the Soft FM industry.
- Management-level knowledge of Health and Safety and Food Safety.
- Working knowledge of using MS Office applications.
