As a Best Large Social Agency in the UK, we're committed to delivering industry-leading campaigns and are now seeking a talented Social Media Manager to enhance our Organic Social team.

Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Social Media Manager to drive the organic social strategy, content, and community for our clients. This particular role will focus on the Anime/Toys industry, but you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of clients and industries over time.

You'll be responsible for delivering social media content plans and strategy, leading a team of Social Media Executives, and working closely with our Social Creative's to produce high-quality content. You'll also build relationships with clients and provide in-depth analysis and strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media content plans and strategies to achieve client goals.
  • Lead a team of Social Media Executives in planning, content creation, and community management.
  • Collaborate with Social Creative's to produce engaging content for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and provide strategic guidance to clients.
Requirements
  • 3-7 years of social media experience is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing industry trends and technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 to £41,000 depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including a flexible working schedule, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
