About the Job

This QEHS Systems Manager position is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Health & Safety professional to take on a leadership role at CV-Library. As a key member of the Management Team, you will oversee the development and implementation of our Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety (QEHS) Systems.

  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing QEHS policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Your expertise in Health & Safety Management Systems will enable you to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance our overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • With your strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams, you will foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the organization.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement QEHS policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Lead risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to reduce the risk of accidents and improve overall productivity.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £35,000 - £37,000 per annum, inclusive of benefits such as pension contributions, health and wellness programs, professional development opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.
