Atkins Search is currently recruiting for an Associate Director Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Construction Consultancy based in Nottingham.
The company provides a range of Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, and Project Management services to blue-chip clients and developers across various built environment and infrastructure sectors.
Client
The client is a well-established, market-leading Construction Consultancy that prides itself on its collaborative culture, quality of service, and dedication to its people.
As a Construction Consultancy, they offer multi-disciplinary Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, and Cost Management services to blue-chip clients and developers across the property, construction, infrastructure, and civil engineering sectors.
Role
As Associate Director Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role within the Cost Management team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Directors in delivering business plan objectives
- Delivering an exceptional level of service to clients to develop and maintain existing client relationships
- Managing large, complex projects and/or programmes on time and on budget, acting as Client Lead
- Mentoring and coaching the internal Cost Management team to evolve and develop the existing team
- Any ad-hoc duties as required
Remuneration
The company offers a highly competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 (negotiable depending on experience), as well as a range of benefits, including a car allowance, pension contribution, annual bonus, flexible working hours, hybrid working, generous annual leave entitlement, holiday purchasing and selling scheme, life assurance, annual salary review, fully expensed professional training and development, mileage and expense reimbursement, laptop and mobile phone, regular social events, and a relaxed working environment.
