As a construction consultancy, they provide multi-disciplinary cost management, quantity surveying, and project management services to blue-chip clients and developers across the property, construction, infrastructure, and civil engineering sectors.
Job Role
As Associate Director of Cost Management, you will play an integral part within the cost management team. You will be responsible for delivering complex projects as Client Lead, mentoring and leading the team, as well as generating new business and work-winning opportunities for the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting directors in delivering business plan objectives
- Delivering an unrivalled level of service to clients to develop and maintain existing client relationships
- Managing large, complex projects and/or programmes on time and on budget, acting as Client Lead
- Mentoring and coaching the internal cost management team to evolve and develop the existing team
- Any ad-hoc duties as required
