Construction Financial Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Construction Financial Specialist to join our team at Construkt RS Limited.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in the construction industry, with a focus on commercial management.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of contract law and standard forms of contract, with experience in managing costs associated with multiple projects across an organisation.
The role involves preparing interim valuations and final accounts, certifying subcontractor and supplier payments, assessing and agreeing on variations and change orders, and providing financial input and support to project teams.
Key responsibilities include attending site meetings to monitor progress and address commercial concerns, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, industry standards and regulations, and maintaining detailed records of all commercial activities.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work collaboratively with various teams within the business, utilizing excellent communication and negotiation skills to deliver a premium service to clients.
Salary: £52,000 - £57,000 per annum.
