Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Inventory Manager to join our core Finance Team at Gymshark. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing all finance processes in relation to stock management, including working closely with internal operation teams and external 3PLs.

About the Role:

  • You will be working across the business with directors, department heads, and finance professionals to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our stock management processes.
  • This role is critical to our business performance, as you will be responsible for identifying and implementing efficiencies for period-end stock reconciliations between WMS and ERP for both stock units and valuation across all locations and all DCs globally.
  • You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, agile working environment, where you will be able to test and learn, educate and build relationships, and enhance your skillset alongside BAU activities.
  • The Hybrid working pattern features a minimum of three days a week at our global HQ in Solihull, UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Chartered accountant with a minimum of 5 years PQ experience.
  • Audit experience, with a strong understanding of stock accounting and financial processes.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with major accounting or ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with other data analysis tools, with a strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt well to a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, with a strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Netsuite experience, with a strong understanding of operational stock procedures.
  • Experience managing changes, particularly in relation to stock control procedures.
