About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Inventory Manager to join our core Finance Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing all finance processes related to stock management, working closely with internal operation teams and external 3PLs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage global stock reconciliation within a start-up/high growth environment
  • Drive mass data reconciliation and navigate multiple systems
  • Collaborate with directors, department heads, and finance professionals to ensure efficient stock management processes
  • Implement efficiencies for period-end stock reconciliations between WMS and ERP for stock units and valuation across all locations and DCs globally
Requirements
  • Chartered accountant with minimum 5 years PQ
  • Audit experience
  • Stock accounting experience
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with major accounting or ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with other data analysis tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to adapt well to a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
