Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Inventory Manager to join our core Finance Team at Gymshark. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing all finance processes related to stock management, working closely with internal operation teams and external 3PLs.

About the Role:

  • Manage global stock reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external 3PLs.
  • Provide expert guidance on stock management best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Chartered accountant with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Proven track record of managing global stock reconciliation processes.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with major accounting or ERP systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Netsuite experience.
  • Experience managing changes to stock control procedures.
  • Experience with operational stock procedures.
