Senior Inventory Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Inventory Manager to join our core Finance Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing all finance processes related to stock management, working closely with internal operation teams and external 3PLs.

This is an exciting opportunity for a chartered accountant with experience in managing global stock reconciliation in a start-up or high-growth environment. You will be passionate about driving mass data reconciliation and navigating multiple systems.

The role will involve UK travel and US travel once per quarter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and improve finance processes related to stock management
  • Work closely with internal operation teams and external 3PLs
  • Manage global stock reconciliation
  • Drive mass data reconciliation and navigate multiple systems
Requirements:
  • Chartered accountant with experience in managing global stock reconciliation
  • Minimum 5 years PQ
  • Audit experience
  • Stock accounting experience
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with major accounting or ERP systems
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with other data analysis tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to adapt well to a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
