About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Leader to join our team at Virgin Media O2. As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and driving retail excellence in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of employees to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient store operations
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience with budgeting and financial management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
