About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Duty Manager to join our Service Delivery Team at LNER. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences during periods of service disruption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide real-time customer information and translate operational information into useful messages for our customers and frontline teams.
  • Lead the delivery of our real-time customer experience, creating and managing customer plans during periods of service disruption.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the provision of customer information and customer experience plans.
  • Manage the Customer Information Controller and the Customer Experience Controller on shift.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A strong customer focus.
  • Sound IT skills.
  • A proven leader with experience of working successfully under pressure.
