Job Description: We are seeking an exceptional front of house professional to join our team in Central London.

Your Key Responsibilities:
    
  1. Manage all incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  2. Coordinate meetings, manage office supplies, and maintain a tidy workspace
  3. Ensure health and safety compliance and report any issues to the office manager
  4. Provide administrative support to the office manager and directors, including data entry and record-keeping
  5. Communicate effectively with vendors and external parties


Requirements:
    To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as previous experience in a similar role or hospitality industry.

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
