Kate+Co is seeking a highly skilled Regional Housing Manager to oversee and enhance our housing programs within the North West region. **Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage day-to-day operations of multiple housing facilities across the region.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with local agencies and stakeholders to support residents' rehabilitation needs.
  • Oversee property maintenance, renovations, and upgrades.
  • Lead and mentor a team of housing coordinators and support staff.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of housing programs and services.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in housing management, preferably within a rehabilitation or social services context.
  • Strong knowledge of housing regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Compassionate and dedicated to improving the lives of others.
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, public administration, or a related field (preferred).
