Pharmacy Practice Manager: Lead Exceptional Patient Care

As a Pharmacy Practice Manager at Asda, you will have the opportunity to lead a talented team of pharmacists and colleagues in delivering exceptional patient care. With a strong focus on commercial success, this role demands a skilled pharmacist with leadership and management expertise.

Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you will oversee the management of store pharmacists and colleagues, ensuring high standards of professionalism and compliance. You will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and drive business growth.

With access to in-store, regional, and home office teams, you will receive comprehensive support in all aspects of your role. Whether it's a clinical or service-based query, there will always be an expert available to offer advice and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop the pharmacy team to achieve excellent patient experience and safety
  • Manage store pharmacists and colleagues to maintain high standards of professionalism and compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC
  • Accredited to deliver national and local services for the NHS and private healthcare
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver results
