Job Description

This role involves working as a Community Nurse within the NHS Professionals team, providing high-quality patient care in a community setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and monitoring patient conditions, arranging diagnostic tests, and contributing to their overall care plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as needed
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
  • Degree / Diploma in Nursing or relevant qualification
  • Awareness of current issues in community nursing
  • Clinically up-to-date knowledge and skills
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is £21.80 per hour for day shifts and £28.87 per hour for Saturday and night shifts. This reflects the competitive pay rates offered by NHS Professionals, allowing you to work this week and get paid next week.
