Trade Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Trade Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing department at Reed. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering trade marketing plans that drive growth, profitability, and brand awareness in the food industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement account-specific plans that achieve business objectives.
- Analyse marketing consumer and category insights to inform business decisions and drive brand performance.
- Launch new product developments into relevant channels with compelling insights and clear KPIs.
- Develop effective communication materials that align with brand messages and tone of voice.
- Manage online and social media content to ensure brand consistency and engagement.
- Work with agencies to deliver trade marketing initiatives that meet business objectives.
- University degree in marketing or business.
- Minimum of three years' experience in a trade marketing role, preferably within the food industry.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build business networks and relationships.
- Knowledge of various marketing and trade marketing tools and techniques.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with an eye for identifying brand growth opportunities.
