About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-focused individual to join our team as a Membership Sales Advisor at Anytime Fitness Euston. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new member sales initiatives through sales planning and local outreach activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the General Manager in marketing planning, including events, outreach, in-reach, charity, and activities
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with members and drive sales
  • Conduct sales calls to drive sales tours and ultimately sales
  • Provide best-in-class club sales tours aligned with AF service assessment guidelines
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, handle complaints, and retain existing members
  • Support the General Manager in operations and maintenance of the club, including health and safety compliance
  • Drive a great atmosphere for members to achieve their fitness goals

Requirements:

  • Naturally sales-focused and confident, with a desire to overachieve
  • Approachable and confident, with no issues approaching members on the gym floor or appearing on social media
  • Resilience to deal with operational, sales, and customer issue resolution
  • Ability to drive new member sales initiatives through sales planning and local outreach activity

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary from £24,000 to £26,000, depending on experience and pro rata on contractual hours worked
  • Preferred hours 25 per week, but will consider candidates who want more
  • OTE £27,000 to £30,000, excellent commission structure
