We are seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join our client, a leading specialist in decarbonisation and energy efficiency works, on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a project in Birmingham, delivering cavity & loft insulation, external wall insulation, and new windows and doors to tenanted properties.

As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will develop positive relationships with residents to provide information and support during the works. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting pre-entry visits and company inductions
  • Collecting tenancy agreements and approval forms
  • Visiting tenants in their homes to advise them on work schedules and progress
  • Acting as the main point of contact for residents and resolving any issues or queries
  • Establishing working relationships with neighbourhood housing associations
  • Visiting empty houses to advise potential tenants on completion dates
  • Attending and chairing tenant forum meetings to keep residents informed
  • Monitoring customer complaints and resolving potential issues
  • Tracking customer satisfaction

To be successful in this role, you will have experience working in the social housing sector, ideally in a similar role, dealing with residents on a daily basis. A full driving license is essential, with the option for a van or car allowance.

The salary for this position is up to £28,000, plus a £3,000 car allowance or van.
