Customer Service Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at React Recruitment Limited.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the UK and Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders for the UK market using our ERP system
  • Send order confirmations and customer proof of deliveries
  • Follow up on customer enquiries and quotation requests
  • Release customer orders to the warehouse for dispatch
  • Liaise with local freight forwarders for shipping and collection of goods
  • Collaborate with other departments for smooth departmental operations
  • Assist customer service staff as needed
  • Manage and deal with daily call intake

Requirements:

  • GCSE in English and Mathematics (or Equivalent)
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a Supply Chain department (desirable)
  • UK Customer Service skills
  • Computer Literate with knowledge of Windows operating system
  • SAP knowledge (desirable)

  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with ability to quickly learn new processes

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday - 8.30am to 5pm

Friday - 8.30am to 4pm

Rate per hour: £12.33 ph PAYE, via React Recruitment Ltd
