We are seeking a highly skilled Business Continuity Analyst to join our team at Vermelo RPO. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and embedding of our resilience operating model across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Resilience Framework: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and align with the company's risk appetite.
  • Promote Resilience Awareness: Train and educate the organization on resilience best practices.
  • Lead Crisis and Business Continuity Planning: Develop and test plans to ensure business continuity in the event of disruptions.
  • Coordinate Regulatory Documents: Review and ensure compliance with governance requirements.
  • Report on Resilience Capabilities: Provide regular updates to senior committees on resilience performance.
  • Manage Group-Wide Incidents: Track lessons learned and implement improvements.
  • Oversee Mass Notification Tool: Ensure effective use and training across the organization.
  • Adhere to TCF Principles: Ensure that all resilience efforts align with Treating Customers Fairly principles.
Requirements
  • Operational Resilience Knowledge: Understanding of industry standards (ISO27001, ISO22301, etc.) and risk in business operations, technology, and cloud services.
  • Business Continuity Experience: Proven experience in Business Continuity, Incident/Crisis Management, Disaster Recovery, and Supplier Management.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with FCA regulation and insurance or financial services experience.
  • Communication and Emotional Intelligence: Strong communication and emotional intelligence skills.
