**Who we are looking for**:
A Business Continuity Planner who will focus on driving the development, maintenance and testing of our global Business Continuity programme.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Continuity Planner to join the team and work with departments across the global organisation with the ongoing development of our Business Continuity Management System.You will be involved with completing business impact analysis across multiple sites, as well as departmental and site-wide business continuity plans.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.

**Preferred skills and experience**:

- Demonstrable project management skills to support data collection, delivery and sign off of milestones, whilst managing changing priorities, alongside crisis management.- Industry best practice awareness with experience in multisite business continuity programme delivery and familiarity with standards such as ISO22301 and awareness of the Business Continuity Institute (BCI) Good Practice guidelines.- Experience of or familiarity with business continuity management software suites.- Previous experience in a similar role in the online gaming industry.- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with a high level of persuasion.- Ability to identify and articulate resilience gaps following business impact analysis (BIA) data gathering.- Flexible approach to coach teams and ensure they provide the necessary level of detail during the BIA phase/reviews.- Experience of planning, delivering and reporting on business continuity exercises on a company and departmental level.- Training, awareness, table top and scenario based exercise delivery across all levels of an organisation.- BIA design and completion with teams through to report writing and output analysis.**Main Responsibilities**:

- Engaging with new teams and departments to on board and create their business impact analysis (BIA) and business continuity plan (BCP) documentation.- Ensuring existing BIA and BCPs for all sites to ensure they remain valid and in date.- Creating scope and objective documents for table top and live exercises. Planning and, coordinating these exercises to test the strategies implemented in the plans to ensure operational continuity, enabling reporting on the outcomes and agree remediation.- Mentoring and guiding staff to maintain awareness and enforce business continuity policy, strategy and standards.- Supporting the organisation with the continual improvement program for business continuity and operational resilience.- Providing BIA output reporting highlighting recovery/resilience gaps for strategy review and mitigation as appropriate.- Ensuring all Major Incident Plans are reviewed at regular intervals and for providing training and awareness sessions to the teams involved.- Ensuring plans are updated where exercising or post incident review of a live event highlights actions for review and requires changes to be reflected in the plan(s).- Managing regular testing of our Emergency Notification System (ENS) for all teams globally.**Want to become part of the team?**:
