Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team at B&M Waste Services Limited. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and implementing Lean methodologies to enhance our operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Continuous Improvement projects to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce waste.
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and ensure seamless integration.
  • Monitor and document OEE performance and deliver improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and metrics to measure and track progress.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in delivering Continuous Improvement projects in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent understanding of Quality Management Systems and Lean methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
