Sales Development Executive

We are seeking a talented Sales Account Manager to join our team at RecruitmentRevolution in Oxfordshire. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, building strong client relationships, and exceeding sales targets.
About the Role:
Salary: £35,000 Basic + £46,000 OTE Uncapped
Job Type: Permanent - Full Time
Location: Wallingford, Oxfordshire
Hours: 08.30am - 5.30pm
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute our sales strategy to achieve revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base
• Collaborate with our technical team to deliver customized IT solutions that meet client needs
• Analyze client performance and provide actionable insights to improve sales performance
• Set and track sales targets aligned with company objectives
• Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role
• Proven track record of growing new business and meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong sales acumen with a growth-focused mindset
• Strategic thinking and data analysis skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adaptability
