About the Role
The Nelson Trust is seeking a skilled and compassionate Residential Counsellor to join our Stroud team. As a Residential Counsellor, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our clients, providing comprehensive trauma-informed one-to-one counselling, facilitating dynamic group therapy sessions, and leading psychoeducational workshops.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualised counselling and support to clients
- Facilitate group therapy sessions to promote abstinence and recovery
- Lead workshops on psychoeducation and trauma-informed care
