Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Administrator to join our team at Revlon. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our logistics manager and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our UK warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Health, Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with H&S audit requirements, actively engage the workforce in safety culture, and maintain and audit equipment databases.
  • Finance: Deal with supplier and invoice enquiries, assist in price negotiations, and provide accurate reports on spend monthly.
  • HR: Record site banked hours, administer overtime, and maintain accurate records of site employees.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in administration, preferably in finance.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new ideas and learn quickly.
  • High standards in the working environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritize business requirements.
