Join Our Team as a Heat Pump Technical Specialist

We're on a mission to drive the global renewable energy revolution, and we're looking for a skilled Heat Pump Technical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Heat Pump sales and support team, you'll be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our sales and installation teams. Your extensive knowledge of domestic heat pump installations will help us deliver on our goal of installing thousands of heat pump systems across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead on ensuring surveys are technically viable for installation based on current criteria
  • Continually review and revise our technical check and support process to ensure it's always fit for purpose
  • Support the sales team in developing their responses to customer questions requiring technical information
  • Ensure technical rigour is applied at all stages where risk is identified
  • Develop training and support materials to upskill our teams
  • Collaborate with other team members to share best practices and drive performance across all teams
What We're Looking For:
  • A fully trained technical expert in heat pumps with a proven track record of installation and technical support
  • A focus on performance development and continuous improvement
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • An ability to show a completer finisher mentality and understand the bigger picture
  • Experience of coaching and developing others in a customer-centric environment
