**Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate Support Specialist to join our team at a special educational needs school in Lichfield. As a key member of the staff, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Provide general support to the class teacher in managing and organizing the classroom
  • Help promote positive behavior and attitudes through high expectations
  • Support the inclusion of all pupils
**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of working with students with SEND or in a care environment
  • A passion for working with students with special needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**Salary and Benefits:**
