At Parexel, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformation and Corporate Applications Specialist to drive the optimization and transformation of our corporate applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the administration, optimization, and integration of key corporate applications, including HR platforms, Learning Management Systems, and Corporate Compliance tools.
- Ensure the seamless operation of these systems and drive enhancements based on business needs and industry best practices.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across various business domains, identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize, define the corporate application roadmap, design and lead implementation of scalable digital solutions that enhance efficiency and support organizational growth.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, define project scopes, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Proven experience (12-15+ years) with the implementation of enterprise HR systems, such as Workday, and other corporate applications like Learning Management Systems and Compliance platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation principles and experience leading large-scale digital initiatives across multiple business domains.
- Demonstrated experience in business stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and solution design.
- Solid program management skills with experience in tracking multiple projects, managing resources, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
