As a Human Resources Business Partner with Lichfield West Midlands Traded Services Limited, you will be responsible for delivering a customer-focused HR service to support the growth and development of our organisation.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our ambitious team as we continue to innovate and improve our services. You will work closely with managers to provide guidance on employee experience matters, including organisational change, resourcing, attendance management, performance management, and employee relations issues.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in complex organisations, holding a Graduate CIPD or equivalent qualification and possessing excellent knowledge of employment legislation and its application.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a private health care plan, 5% pension contribution, free parking, hybrid working, and lovely offices in a central location.

Estimated salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clear guidance to managers on projects such as case work, policy, procedures, and change management.
  • Establish effective working arrangements with Trade Unions and external partners.
  • Ensure employee relations, HR plans, and interventions deliver positive outcomes and facilitate collective discussions.
