About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Administrator to join our team at Cameo Consultancy. As an integral part of our events team, you will play a key support role in organizing events ranging from weddings and private parties to corporate events and pop-up restaurants.

Based in a beautiful rural location, this permanent, full-time role offers a salary of between £26,000 to £28,000, with meals on duty and a range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Office Manager and Events team with varied administration activities to support the core of the business.
  • Deal with new enquiries, new bookings, existing communications, and event planning administration.
  • Liaise with clients on a daily basis and assist with the sales process, giving all enquiries prompt attention and time.
  • Manage administrative processes with a keen eye for detail, ensuring consistent quality of customer care, prioritization, and time management.
  • Ensure all events admin is planned and delivered to company standard.
  • Contribute to the creation of menu proposals and ensure all sales collateral is up to date.
  • Organize client tasting sessions and liaise with all departments with planning, administration, and delivery of events.
  • Update and maintain the CRM database and support with management of client finances, collaborating with the accounts team to adhere to all financial procedures.
  • Proficiently use company platforms, including Microsoft Office, Project Management tools, and industry-specific software.
  • Check all final event paperwork, making adjustments if necessary for all supplies for upcoming events.
Requirements
  • Strong organized administration experience.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in working with bespoke CRM systems and online platforms.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proactive approach, ability to use initiative and take ownership of a task.
  • Confident communicator with high levels of customer care.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external teams.
  • Adaptable in a changing environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Own transport due to remote location.
