Manufacturing Team Lead Assistant

The Manufacturing Team Lead Assistant is responsible for supporting the production team to ensure products meet quality and safety standards. This role involves evaluating and maintaining compliance with safety policies and site rules.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and maintain compliance with safety policies and site rules, including COVID measures.
- Document and track pre-start checks and safety checks throughout the shift.
- Support quality improvement projects to enhance processes, products, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the team to understand daily priorities and drive results.
- Identify and implement improvements to reduce the cost of poor quality.
- Contribute to the delivery of the quality and safety objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication and problem-solving skills, a focus on quality and safety, and commercial awareness.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development.
