Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mulesoft Technical Architect to join our team. As a key member of our integration team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing MuleSoft-based integration solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of MuleSoft-based integration solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into system requirements, driving business value through technology.
  • Define standards and best practices for MuleSoft integration and API development, ensuring consistency and quality across the organization.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on the team, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Oversee the development lifecycle for integration projects, ensuring best practices are followed and delivering high-quality results.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of integration projects, fostering collaboration and communication.
  • Provide expertise in Advanced Integration and API Management using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.
  • Identify, analyze, and develop interfaces and integration flows, driving business growth through innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, System Analysis, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in an IT solution development discipline, with a strong background in MuleSoft integration technologies.
  • Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies, platforms, and processing environments, with a focus on Salesforce technologies.
  • Good understanding of strategic and emerging technology trends, and the practical application of existing and emerging technologies to new and evolving business and operating models.
  • Good understanding of product management, agile principles, and development methodologies, with the ability to support agile teams.
  • Experience working in a relevant industry is helpful, but not required.
  • Experience developing architecture blueprints, strategies, and roadmaps.
  • Certified MuleSoft Architect.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing MuleSoft Anypoint Platform solutions.
  • Strong understanding of API-led connectivity and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Experience with REST and SOAP web services.
  • Proficient in Java and related technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver on time and on budget.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders and team members.
  • Data savvy with knowledge of various aspects of a technology architecture like integration, network, and security.
  • Proven analytical, planning, organizational, and technical skills.
  • Ability to work with developers.
