Position: Salesforce Sales Cloud Technical Architect

We are in search of a Salesforce Sales Cloud Technical Architect.

The role of the Salesforce Sales Cloud Technical Architect involves a hands-on approach in executing IT projects. This specialist is responsible for defining best practices and ensuring the successful implementation of technical processes, requiring a high level of expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate technical design discussions, architect, and document solutions that meet the sales function's objectives.
  • Analyze intricate systems, troubleshooting and isolating issues as they arise.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to development teams, ensuring compliance with architectural standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with other architects and stakeholders to create cohesive solutions.
  • Recognize platform limitations and propose design alternatives to navigate these challenges.
  • Identify opportunities to maximize the Salesforce platform for enhanced business benefits.
  • Offer detailed estimates regarding the effort required to implement capabilities based on business needs and solution design.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, system analysis, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in IT solution development.
  • Familiarity with diverse technologies, platforms, and processing environments, particularly in sales technologies.
  • Strong understanding of strategic and emerging technology trends and their practical applications in evolving business models.
  • Knowledge of product management, agile principles, and development methodologies, with the ability to support agile teams by providing insights on opportunities, impacts, and risks.
  • Experience in developing architecture blueprints, strategies, and roadmaps.
  • Certified Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Architect within a Salesforce environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud features and best practices.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce APIs, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other programming languages.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and team members.
  • Data-savvy with an understanding of various aspects of technology architecture, including integration, network, and security.
  • Proven analytical, planning, organizational, and technical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
