We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dining Establishment Culinary Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals in Tamworth. As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that high culinary standards are consistently met.

About the Role:
  • You will oversee the day-to-day operations of your assigned section, ensuring that dishes are prepared to the highest standard.
  • You will work closely with other members of the culinary team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • You will assist in menu development and the creation of daily specials, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
  • To manage and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • To maintain accurate records of food stock levels and inventory.
  • To develop and implement efficient systems for managing kitchen workflow and productivity.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients is required.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills are necessary for effective teamwork and collaboration.
  • A passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences are essential.
Salary and Benefits:
  • The salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
