About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Compass Group UK & Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of cooks and preparing high-quality meals for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of cooks, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Prepare and cook meals to the highest standards, using fresh ingredients and innovative techniques.
  • Take ownership of menu planning and design, working closely with other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a similar role.
  • Culinary Arts degree or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
