We are seeking an ambitious and skilled Executive Culinary Specialist to join our Eurest team on a part-time basis, contracted to 21 hours per week. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Preparing delicious and visually appealing dishes that meet our high standards
  • Overseeing menu changes and implementation to ensure consistency and quality
  • Identifying opportunities to improve our food services and implementing effective solutions
  • Listening and acting on customer feedback to consistently enhance our food services
  • Supporting the creation of new menus and creative food concepts to drive business growth
  • Representing Eurest and maintaining a positive brand image through exceptional customer service
  • Monitoring inventory levels to maintain well-stocked kitchens and adhering to health and safety regulations
Requirements:
  • Possession of City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent in culinary arts
  • Proven experience in a similar chef role with a focus on supervising teams
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends
  • Holding a Food Hygiene certificate
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and great-tasting food
