About the Role

We're looking for a talented Retail Supervisor to join our team at Toolstation. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, supporting the Store Manager, and contributing to the overall success of our branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide a great customer experience, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Team Support: Assist the Store Manager in managing the store, including tasks such as checking deliveries, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Sales and Growth: Contribute to sales growth by identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement and sales performance.
  • Team Development: Support the development of our team members, providing coaching and guidance to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
  • Branch Operations: Assist with branch operations, including tasks such as managing stock levels, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
