We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Retail Supervisor Apprentice. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operation of our stores.

About the Role

As a Retail Supervisor Apprentice, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers
  • Assisting with the management of stock levels and inventory control
  • Supporting the training and development of junior team members
  • Contributing to the maintenance of a clean and safe store environment
  • Working collaboratively with the store management team to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
