About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic professional to join our team as a Women's Specialist Criminal Justice Practitioner. As part of our Women's Justice Services, this role will provide vital support to women in the criminal justice system, addressing multiple disadvantages while promoting positive change.

The successful candidate will work closely with our partner agencies, delivering therapeutic group work, one-to-one sessions, community asset building, and psycho-social interventions. This role requires a strong understanding of case management systems and experience in holding an active caseload.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver therapeutic group work and one-to-one sessions to support women in the criminal justice system
  • Work collaboratively with partner agencies to develop and implement effective interventions
  • Conduct risk and needs assessments to inform support plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on client progress
Requirements
