Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver therapeutic group work and one-to-one sessions to support women in the criminal justice system
  • Collaborate with partner agencies to develop and implement effective interventions
  • Conduct risk and needs assessments to inform support plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on client progress
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of the complexities of female offending and reoffending
  • Experience in working with vulnerable adults and children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development
