Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Restaurant Host to join our dynamic team. As a Restaurant Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their experience at our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Greeting and Welcome: Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Reservation Management: Manage reservations accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless table assignments.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate with the service team to ensure a seamless dining experience, maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and management, providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or host in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Open Table or Seven Rooms.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a positive and friendly demeanor.
