About The Role

Motability Operations is seeking a Senior Content Executive to join our team in Bristol on a full-time, permanent basis. As a key member of our content team, you will work closely with the Creative Producer and Digital Marketing Executive to develop and execute our ambitious brand and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tone of Voice: Collaborate with your manager and our partner agency to further develop and apply the new mfldirect tone of voice across all content and touchpoints. Ensure all creative outcomes adhere to our tone of voice guidelines.
  • Content Strategy: Take the lead on developing our content strategy, ensuring alignment with business needs and goals. Refine our existing media and content types, and explore new media and mechanics for serving content, including advertorial and thought leadership, PR strategy, and more.
  • Campaigns & Projects: Engage with stakeholders to gather information and formulate briefs, then work with the Creatives to ideate concepts and create engaging campaign journeys, communications, and content for our target audiences.
  • Product Content: Deliver content focused on optimizing the user experience on our websites.
  • Knowledge Base: Establish key insights working groups with MI, Insight, and Customer Experience teams to generate content.
About You

You are a strategic creative thinker who excels at coming up with concepts and campaigns that captivate and convert. You're a storyteller who enjoys writing and creating content that resonates with audiences. You're curious, collaborative, and adept at driving collaboration to produce best-in-class work.

Minimum criteria include a proven track record of campaign creation, excellent content marketing skills, extensive experience in copywriting or journalism, and the ability to crystallize analysis into compelling thought leadership pieces.
