Creative United invites expressions of interest from seasoned governance experts with a passion for social impact and the creative sector to serve as Chair of its Board of Directors.

With a strong financial position and new multi-year funding agreement, we're poised for growth and seeking a skilled Chair to lead our Board. As Chair, you'll work closely with our Board members and Executive team to drive strategic growth and innovation.

We're looking for a leader with proven experience in governance, finance, and stakeholder engagement, particularly in the arts and creative industries. The ideal candidate will have a well-developed professional network and understanding of public sector operations.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of Creative United and contribute to creating a more inclusive creative economy across the UK. As Chair, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing strategic leadership and direction to the Board
  • Developing and implementing effective governance and financial management practices
  • Fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, including funders, investors, and partners
  • Mentoring and supporting the Executive team in driving business growth and social impact
  • Promoting Creative United's mission and values within the creative sector

What We Offer:
