We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team in a Schools Coordinator role, based predominantly in a school. As the primary link between partner schools and the programme, you will play a vital role in enabling effective delivery and building strong partnerships between schools and our charity.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about social change and education to contribute to the development of young people in disadvantaged areas. You will be responsible for training, supporting, and developing volunteers, as well as monitoring the programme's impact through data management and administration.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, including volunteer mentors, pupils, and school staff. Strong supervision skills and flexibility in approach are essential, as you will need to adapt to meet the needs of volunteers and pupils.

A good understanding of school leadership priorities and the ability to prioritise work to meet tight deadlines are also crucial. Good IT knowledge and a proactive attitude with initiative and professional manner are highly desirable.
