About the Role

We are seeking a Partner Engagement Manager to join our team at ZipRecruiter. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel management, with experience in driving partner acquisition, onboarding, and training.

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with partners, driving growth, and animating the partner portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Engage with partners to drive growth, acquisition, and retention.
  • Animate the partner portfolio in close relationship with local digital & physical sales teams, monitoring program KPIs for the cluster.
  • Collaborate with local sales teams to develop and implement sales strategies.

Key Objectives:

  • In 6 months:
    • Value-based animation with Advanced+ level partners.
    • Acquisition and activation of new MSPs partnerships.
    • Enablement of lead routing framework to nurture partner growth.
  • In 1 year:
    • Volume-based animation by leveraging Partner Relationship Manager.
    • Deployment of reseller framework.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English language skills.
  • 5+ years of working experience.
  • Experience with/knowledge of the channel including VARs, SIs, MSPs, consultancy companies in IT industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse teams and influence/drive change across functional and business boundaries.
  • Ability to handle complex situations and multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills.
  • Agility to work with various tools and processes.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 suite.

Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per annum
