Senior Account Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Director to join our team at Hanson Search. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for developing and managing allocated accounts to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects that meet clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and managing account strategies to drive business growth and client satisfaction
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Leading and mentoring a team of account managers to achieve business objectives
- Developing creative strategies and approaches to drive business growth and client satisfaction
- Business development and pitches to secure new business opportunities
- Strong communication and expectation management of internal stakeholders
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of digital multi-channel experience
- B2B marketing experience, across tech and ideally (but not essential) financial services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A strong understanding of digital and social media marketing tools for organic publication, paid social, and analysis
- SEM programme management experience
- Experience/knowledge of SEO and PPC
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
