Resident Support Manager Position Available at Ardenlee Care Home

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Resident Support Manager to join our dedicated team at Ardenlee Care Home. In this critical role, you will oversee the ordering, administration, and documentation of medication, maintaining accurate records.

You will engage with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and team members to ensure clear, compassionate communication. Your strong leadership skills will help create a caring, efficient, and positive atmosphere in our home.

This position requires a SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and practical medication administration training with competencies. As an experienced Resident Support Manager, you will contribute to the smooth running of the home, leading by example and delegating tasks effectively while maintaining a supportive environment.

Benefits of this role include a competitive salary of £13.10 per hour, contracted to 36 hours per week, as well as pension provision, onsite parking, paid PVG, uniform provided, and 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract).
